THE MAN BEHIND THE MANOR
Carlton Manor owner, Nic Marshall, is a proud Yorkshireman with close ties to the local community. Prior to acquiring Carlton Manor in 2020, the house held a special place in his heart. Nic’s daughters had worked at the venue previously and Nic attended many events here. Nic’s personal connection to the property has shone through in the stunning renovations, and he takes great pride in supporting local businesses, by sourcing everything he can locally. The transformation!
Carlton Manor has undergone a two million pound renovation. The site has been completely overhauled and rebranded into a stunning multi-use site for weddings, corporate events and staycations. The transformation of Carlton Manor includes the addition of our magnificent Carlton Tipi which holds up to 200 guests, a complete interior redesign of the eight-bedroom manor house and installation of 12 luxury glamping pods in the grounds. The developments have breathed new life into this stunning venue and reflect the beauty of the East Yorkshire surrounding landscape.
